INGREDIENTS
(servings for 2 persons)
Lingzhi - around 5 thinly sliced pieces


Danshen - 3 long piece cut to smaller pieces (can also be substituted by Pao Shen)
Guo Ji (Wolfberry Extract) - a handful

Hong Zhau (Red Date) - around 5 pieces or a handful

Meat/Chicken (Optional)
METHODS
1. Put everything together for boiling for about 1-1.5 hours.
2. Ready for consumption.
